By accessing or using DealerPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
DealerPilot is a software-as-a-service platform for dealership management, including inventory, sales, CRM, invoicing, workflow, and related features. The Service is intended for use by independent UK car dealers and their authorised staff. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any illegal purpose.
Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually as selected). Fees are in GBP. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). You must provide valid payment details for paid plans. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law.
We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, you may be required to choose a paid plan to continue. We will not charge you during the trial without your explicit agreement to a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or for operational or legal reasons, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, or for loss of profit, data, or business. Our total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We own or license all rights in the Service, including software, design, and branding. You receive a limited right to use the Service in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a licence to use it to provide and improve the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
