How do I contact DealerPilot support?
Use the contact form on this page, or email us at info@dealerpilot.co.uk. You can also call 07518 589418. We aim to reply within one business day (Monday–Friday, UK time).
How do I sign in?
Use the same account on the app and website (dealerpilot.co.uk). If you cannot sign in, reset your password from the sign-in screen or contact us with the email on your account.
I cannot access my dealership organisation. What should I do?
You need an active dealership organisation and an invite from your dealership admin. Ask your admin to invite you, or email support if you are stuck setting up a new dealership.
How do billing and subscriptions work?
Plans and payment are managed on the web under Settings / Billing. For invoice or plan questions, use the form below or email info@dealerpilot.co.uk.
How do I delete my account or request data deletion?
In the mobile app go to More → Settings → Delete account and confirm. That removes your sign-in and personal data. Dealership sales and stock records stay with the organisation. You can also email info@dealerpilot.co.uk or use the form on this page. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
The app crashed or something is not working. What information should I send?
Tell us your device, app version if you know it, and what you were doing when the issue happened. Screenshots help. Use the contact form or email info@dealerpilot.co.uk.
